Lionel Dormann joined BOS Wealth Management Europe (BOSWME) in February 2020 as Head of European Economic Area (EEA) and was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BOS Wealth Management Europe (BOSWME) in January 2023. He has over 17 years of banking and asset management experience. As CEO, he is responsible for the overall strategy, governance, commercial development and implementation of BOSWME activities in the EEA and the United Kingdom. He oversees teams in Luxembourg and London. Prior to joining BOSWME, he spent 14 years at J.P. Morgan Bank where he led a client account management team. Lionel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Birmingham University, United Kingdom.

Liz Bottomley was appointed General Manager of BOS Wealth Management Europe's (BOSWME) UK Branch in January 2019, having joined the London branch of OCBC Bank in November 2018. Liz has been advising private clients for over 25 years in Europe and Asia. As the General Manager of the UK branch, she is responsible for growing the business for BOSWME in the UK. Liz reports to the Chief Executive Officer of BOSWME. Liz was previously the Head of Private Banking at Arbuthnot Latham, a boutique private bank in London and a Client Partner with Coutts's International Private Banking Division.

Neha Jindal was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for BOS Wealth Management Europe in January 2024, prior to which she was the Head of Business and Project Management. She has been with the group since May 2014. She has over 16 years of wealth management experience.

Her key responsibilities include strategy, execution and planning operational efficiencies, business risk and controls, client lifecycle management and project management. She oversees teams in Luxembourg and London.

Prior to joining OCBC, she was a relationship manager with Citibank and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in International Trade and Finance.

Magalie Bovry joined BOS Wealth Management Europe in July 2022 as Head of Financial Crime Compliance and was appointed Head of Compliance in May 2023.

She is responsible for ensuring that BOSWME complies with the applicable regulatory requirements and for ensuring that BOSWME duly manages the compliance risks associated with its different activities. She also leads the Compliance teams across Luxembourg and London.

She has over 23 years of Private Banking experience. She was previously working for Luxembourg Private Banks notably as Head of Compliance and Group Head of Financial Crime Compliance. She is ACAMS, ALCO Certificate Compliance Officer and member of ABBL working groups

Océane Dée-Masure joined BOS Wealth Management Europe (BOSWME) in January 2023 as Head of Risk Management.
She was appointed Authorised Manager in April 2024.

As Authorised Manager, her key responsibilities include the overall strategy, governance, day-to-day monitoring of the company.

She has over 12 years of experience in the banking industry in Luxembourg and was previously Head of Risk Management for Belgian and Luxembourgish Private Banks. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg.

Jenz Ludvig joined BOS Wealth Management Europe in October 2018. He manages the investment advisory teams in Luxembourg and our UK branch and is responsible for managing global multi-asset discretionary portfolios and advisory bespoke solutions for clients in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Jenz has over 18 years of experience in the banking industry, notably at Credit Suisse and HSBC where he held similar positions. Jenz holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School in Sweden.

Jan Boes joined BOS Wealth Management Europe (BOSWME) in October 2023 as Head of European Economic Area (EEA). Based out of Luxembourg, he is responsible for growing the business.

He brings with him almost 2 decades of experience in wealth management, with an array of client-facing roles, spanning management, strategy, and business development functions.

His career brought him to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and prior to his current position Singapore where he was responsible for advising UHNW and Family Office clients.

Jan holds a Master of Business Administration from the John F. Welch College of Business of Sacred Heart University (Connecticut, US), and is passionate about art and wine, holding certifications in both fields.
