Corporate Analyst Programme

Our Corporate Analyst programme is exclusively for Bank of Singapore interns. It provides you with the opportunity to experience three unique rotations across divisions and functions within the bank.

What you can expect

24-month programme

You will work with different teams across the bank and take on projects that build on your strengths to make an impact.

Structured training

You will gain the necessary knowledge and skillsets to pursue a career in private banking.

Rotational opportunities

You will gain a better understanding of how various departments work together and act in our clients’ best interests. The exposure will help you advance your career to the next level.

Mentorship

You will be assigned a mentor and programme manager who will work with you to identify your next role at the end of the two-year programme.

Stretched assignments

You will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from senior leaders and build your network with peers across our parent OCBC Group.
