Head of Private Bank Distribution, Asset Management APAC J.P. Morgan Asset Management
Chia Chia Chng, executive director, is responsible for the APAC private bank distribution business for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, based in Singapore. In this role, Chia Chia engages and partners private banks and wealth management firms in APAC to develop and onboard asset management solutions across their investment platforms.
An employee since 2015, Chia Chia joined from NN Investment Partners as Head of Wholesale Business where she oversaw the wholesale business across Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. Prior to that, she was with Prudential Asset Management where she grew and managed the bank distribution channel.
She began her career as a fund analyst, after receiving her Bachelors of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in 2002.
Head of Asia Pacific Global Wealth Management Apollo Global Management
Edward Moon is Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Global Wealth in the Client and Product Solutions group at Apollo.
Prior to joining in 2022, Edward was Managing Director and Head of Alternative Investments, Asia Pacific at HSBC Global Private Banking.
Previously, he was Executive Director and Head of Hedge Funds and Liquid Alternatives at Bank of Singapore and served as CIO of Woori Absolute Partners before that. Earlier in his career, Edward served as Co-CIO and Managing Partner at EDGE Holdings Ltd.; as VP and Head of Equity Capital Markets (Korea) at Citigroup, and co-established Credit Suisse’s representative office in Korea.
Edward holds an MBA from INSEAD and an AB with Honors from Brown University. He has received ten industry awards over his career, most recently winning ‘Best Alternative Advisory’ Award by Asian Private Banker 2021, marking his 6th industry award in wealth management.
Director, Head of South East Asia Wealth, Client and Partner Group KKR
Jacqueline Zhuang (Singapore) joined KKR in 2021 as a Director and Head of South East Asia Wealth in the Client and Partner Group. She works with private banks, wealth management platforms and family offices to deliver KKR’s investment solutions to their advisors and clients.
Ms. Zhuang joined from Credit Suisse Private Banking, where she led the sales and advisory efforts for managed solutions investments in South Asia from 2019 to 2021. In this role, she was responsible for advising private clients on portfolio asset allocation decisions and managed solutions investments.
Prior to Credit Suisse, she spent thirteen years at Morgan Stanley Asia Private Wealth Management in various roles. She led sales and distribution for alternative investments for the Asia Pacific region and was a portfolio manager. Ms. Zhuang started her career at Goldman Sachs.
She holds a Business Management Degree (double major in Finance and Law) from Singapore Management University.
Head of Private Wealth Distribution APAC Blue Owl Capital
Pak Seng Lai is a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Distribution APAC at Blue Owl Capital. In his role, he focuses on spearheading the firm’s expansion of Private Wealth business across Asia Pacific markets.
Before joining Blue Owl, Pak Seng was Head of Private Markets of Asia Pacific at UBS AG. He has more than 20 years of experience in global private equity investments in US, Europe and Asia. He was Managing Partner of two China private equity funds. Prior to that, he was Head of Asia and Managing Director of HQ Capital, a global alternative investment firm. Prior to HQ Capital, he was Head of Investment Process at Schroder Adveq, a global private equity fund of funds based in Switzerland. Previously, he held positions at Transpac Capital and Singapore Technologies, where he was primarily engaged in private equity investments in Asia. Pak Seng began his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from National University of Singapore. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
Investment Director, Fixed Income Team M&G Investments
Pierre Chartres is an Investment Director in the fixed income team. His role involves explaining the investment philosophy, process and performance of M&G’s fixed income fund range, as well as providing updates on overall financial market performance, investment trends and the economic outlook.
Before joining M&G in 2013, Pierre worked at BNY Mellon Asset Management for seven years, most recently as a portfolio strategist designing and managing multi-asset investment solutions. Prior to that, he spent two and a half years at Natixis Asset Management in Paris.
He has a Masters-level degree in business and finance from ESSCA Business School, Angers, France and is a CFA charter holder.
Investment Director Brown Advisory
Susanne is an investment director within the global investment team and is based in the firm’s London office. She joined Brown Advisory in 2021 from Bantleon in Munich where she managed sustainable equity and multi asset strategies.
Previously she worked as portfolio manager for the Munich Re Group and product strategist at RobecoSAM (today Robeco Group). She has over 12 years of investment industry experience having started her career as an emerging markets equity analyst.

Head of Asia Financial Intermediaries Bank of Singapore
Ms Annabelle Chow is currently Managing Director, Market Head of Asia Financial Intermediaries at Bank of Singapore Limited with more than 18 years' experience in Private Wealth Management.
She has expertise in the business-to-business segment, including working with family offices. She has been with Bank of Singapore for over 6 years focusing on the institutional segment.
Prior to Bank of Singapore, she was instrumental in setting up the Independent Asset Manager (“IAM”) desk for Barclays Wealth in Asia. Annabelle started her private banking career in Credit Suisse AG, covering family offices of Ultra High Networth clients in Hong Kong.
Being extremely successful in growing the business, she was tasked to build up the team and increased Credit Suisse’s presence in the Asia IAMs segment.
Investment Strategist Bank of Singapore
Bee Leng is responsible for Bank of Singapore’s research and strategy in Alternatives. She also contributes to the Bank’s house views on market outlook as well as the development of the global asset allocation.
Bee Leng has more than 15 years of experience in macroeconomics and research. Prior to joining Bank of Singapore, Bee Leng was part of the macro strategy team in Temasek Holdings, focusing on emerging markets. She was previously a government economist and served in Singapore’s Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Trade and Industry in a variety of research and policy roles.
Bee Leng received a BSc in Economics (First Class Honours) from the University College London, and an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford.
Senior Investment Advisor Bank of Singapore
Chin Keong is an Investment Advisor in the SMI team in Bank of Singapore. He joined the bank in January 2017 as a portfolio manager in the Advisory Portfolio Management team and was responsible for providing customized multi-asset portfolio solution and advice to clients. He subsequently transferred over to the SMI Investment Advisor team in April 2018.
Chin Keong has over 20 years of experience in the financial investment sector, spanning across the Investment Research and Wealth Management industries. He started his career at Goldman Sachs where he was an equity research analyst at the Investment Research department in Singapore. He subsequently joined the Wealth Management industry as an equity advisor at HSBC Private Bank and later UBS AG. During his time in the wealth management industry, Chin Keong has also worked in multi-asset portfolio roles as a discretionary portfolio manager and investment consultant.
Chin Keong graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honors) from National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Wealth Management from the Wealth Management Institute (WMI). He has also recently attended the OCBC Executive Development Programme at Insead. He is proficient in both English and Mandarin.
